Job Description

Looking for customer service experienced candidates with excellent communication skills in English.

Job Description:

  1. Excellent communication skill, Versant level 5 must.
  2. Graduate with minimum 6 month of work experience in customer service only, preferably inbound services. (Customer service / Hospitality / international calling experience / Telecom / D2H / Calling / Tele caller)
  3. Typing Test 25-30 WPM with 85% accuracy
  4. Working window 24x7 (Male) 7am to 9pm (females).
  5. Salary : Graduate ( 6-11 months work exp ) 3.20 lacs, Graduate ( 12 month plus work exp ) - 3.25 3.50 Lacs.
  6. Additionally we are paying 25K as bonus which will be paid in 2 installments (First installment post completion of 3 months and rest post completion of 6 months in the system).
  7. Six days Working & 1 rotational week-off, 9 hours shift.
  8. Address- Wing 1 & 2, IT 2nd Floor, TechM, near Oberoi Garden, Boomerang Building, Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai.
  9. Net take home ranges from 21500 Rs to 23500 Rs. ( DO NOT Communicate about any additional incentives apart from Net take home)

Interview Process:

  1. HR screening round
  2. Operations interview
  3. Versant assessment (VETI 5), Numerical assessment and Psychometric test. (10am to 3pm)
  4. Final client Interview (Face to Face)
