Position Overview:

As a Customer Support Executive focusing on outbound calls, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with potential clients interested in our IT training offerings. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to prospects, understanding their training needs, and effectively promoting our training programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation
  • Communicate professionally with clients to promote our services and solutions
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets
  • Conduct research on market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of sales plans

Requirements:

  • Any degree or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in CRM and other relevant software applications
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
