Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues that require additional support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting and analysis purposes.
Stay updated on product features, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Adapt to rotational shifts, including night shifts, to ensure seamless customer support coverage.
