Description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-6 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. The candidate should also be well-versed in customer service software and have a strong understanding of customer service best practices.
Responsibilities
Responding to customer queries and complaints through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media, etc.)
Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure resolution
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field
2-6 years of experience in a customer care role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Proficiency in customer service software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in handling customer complaints and providing solutions
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others to achieve common goals
