Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing technical support through online and in-person interactions. They will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and escalating issues when needed. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and following up with customers as needed.
Qualifications:
1) Customer Support, Customer Service, and Support skills
2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3) Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
4) Experience in handling customer queries and resolving issues
5) Experience in working in a fast-paced environment
6) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
1) Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support ticket handling.
2) Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Freshdesk, One Direct, and Zen Desk.
3) Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
4) Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
5) Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
