Job Description
- To ensure and maintain a high level of customer service by taking ownership of customer inquiries and handling orders from receipt. Backend support.
- Coordinate with US and Canadian clients.
- Communication in English should be fluent.
Qualification: 12th pass, Bachelor's Degree - B.A., B.Com. M.Com, MA, B.Ed., M.Ed., or any other graduate/diploma.
Specific Knowledge
Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Application MS Excel
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
General understanding of the quote-to-cash process
