We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have 0-5 years of experience in customer support and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position based in India.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve customer issues
- Assist in the development of customer support processes and procedures
