Customer Support Executive

1-2 years of Experience in Non-Voice BPO, Email Process or Chat Process

Should be a Graduate.
Should have good analytical and communication skills.
Should have minimum net typing skill of 30 wpm.
Should be ready to work in rotational shift basis and Flexibility to adjust hours/shifts to meet operating needs

Should be ready to work in night shifts and Holidays.
Should have the skillset to access the internet, excel & outlook.
