Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Experience:- 3-5 Years

Max CTC :- Up to 12 Lpa

Job Location: Remote (Work space must be suitable for remote workstation (quite, secure place with no distraction).

Shift Time: 5.30pm IST to 5.30am IST (Max 8 hours shift + 1 hour break)

Notice Period:- Immediate to 30 days Max

Qualification- Bachelor Degree (Electrical is Plus) Electrical Engineer

Job Summary

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for coordinating and interpreting electrical specifications and drawing requirements for Quotations to ensure Electro Industries & Beckwith is awarded the highest percentage of Products and Services available in our market place. The candidate is to drive process excellence to ensure correct costs and product match the specified project requirements. Upon job reward they are to process the purchase order in a timely manner.

Essential Functions

Prepare and Deliver Quotations: Create detailed, accurate and competitive quotations based on

customer inquiries, specifications, and project requirements.

Order Processing: Review purchase orders to ensure that it complies with business Terms and

Conditions of sales prior processing the order. Follow the business guidelines to identify

nonconforming terms and conditions of sales and to bring it appropriate departments for review

and approval.

Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with our sales representatives to understand customer

needs and provide timely support.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with customers by providing

exceptional service and responsiveness. Build and maintain relationships with all customers

Support Sales Goals: Assist in achieving sales targets and profitability objectives through effective

pricing strategies and competitive analysis.

Technical Competence: Convert written specifications, one line diagram and drawings into bill of

material and quotations. Prepare submittals and package them with quotations

Operational Excellence: Identify and follow up on projects, opportunities and quotations. Manage

Opportunities and keep an up to date status, next steps and expected close of each in the CRM

system & Manage Priorities.

Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by a supervisor

Review clients T&Cs, Contracts, and communicate commercial risks following Hubbell's legal advice

Covering the USA business time zones between (8AM 8PM EST) will be working a night shifts

between 5.30pm IST to 5.30am IST, depending on the regional time zone.

Max 8 hours shift + 1 hour break
