Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Engineer located in Gurugram. The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for customers using Dzylo One Software. This role will also involve field service visits to assist customers with any issues or questions they may have.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in field service
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in the interior business industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
