Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in customer service and support, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support and assistance
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
  • Provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Skills and Qualifications
