Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in customer support and must be able to handle customer queries, complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries through phone, email or chat
Provide effective solutions to customer complaints
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0-2 years of experience in customer support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
Familiarity with CRM software and helpdesk systems
Good time-management skills
Fluency in English and Hindi
