Description

We are looking for a Customer Support executive to join our team and provide outstanding support to our customers. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in a customer service role and be able to handle customer queries and complaints with patience and professionalism. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and social media
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate team members
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information
  • Handling customer complaints with patience and professionalism
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
  • Providing feedback to the management team to improve customer experience

Skills and Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, english with any reoginal language
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • 12th pass/Graduate both can apply
