Job Description

Installation and Configuration of software
Training of software to end users at the customer site
Master data import-configuration
Reports configuration as per customer need
Analyze system and compile system change needs as requested by customer
Render consulting services and act to ensure customer meets deadlines
Review and analyze system issues and act suitably
Inspect changes before the customer performs user acceptance testing
Sanity testing for pre-production release
Coordinate with customers to resolve techno-functional issues
Take client engagement through the deployment
Lifecycle Technical :
MS Office
Database SQL
Crystal Report (Added advantage) Soft Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Good Interpersonal communication
