Your Role
- Help customers through phone, email, or chat channels.
- Be the voice of Multrix by providing product and service information.
- Gather feedback and contribute to improving our services.
- Collaborate with your team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam along with Hindi or English.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
- Previous customer service experience is a bonus, but passion and a positive attitude are what we value most.
