The Sweet Escape, a leading cloud kitchen bakery in Bangalore, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate.
In this role, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels (email, chat, social media).
- Assist customers with website navigation, order processing, and product inquiries.
- Proactively address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Be working a Rotational Shift of 9 hours with 1 rotational week off.
What does a Day to Day look like for you
- Customer Interaction: Answer inquiries and assist customers via various communication channels. (Instagram, WhatsApp, Telephone, etc). Influencer reaches out.
- Order Processing: Efficiently process and verify customer orders. Mark when paid and fulfilled.
- Delivery Coordination: Schedule and manage delivery partners for timely order fulfillment.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure orders meet quality standards and report product issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in any field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Passion for learning and a willingness to grow within the company.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).
- Familiarity with basic customer service principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
