We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Agent fluent in Marathi, English, and Hindi to join our team. As a pivotal member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This role demands proficiency in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive relationship with our clientele.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues.- Ensure all interactions adhere to company policies and guidelines.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Fluent in Marathi, English, and Hindi (spoken and written).- Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving aptitude and keen attention to detail.- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
