We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in customer service and excellent communication skills. The primary responsibility of the role is to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Skills and Qualifications
- 0-4 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
