Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Customer Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in customer support and should be able to handle a high volume of customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and should be able to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Update customer information in the company database
- Escalate issues to the appropriate team members as necessary
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Meet or exceed customer service targets and goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in customer support
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer support tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Fluency in English and one or more local languages
- Flexible to work in shifts
