We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in customer support and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
For outsider company will provide 14days, accomodation along with 10k, relocation bonus , IJP after 9months.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely manner
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Process customer orders and returns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Assist with customer retention initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or related field
- 0-4 years of experience in customer support or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
