Provide exceptional customer support via social media interactions.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, how to order, price information, shipping charges, and more.
Moderate and respond to social media comments to ensure positive customer engagement and address any concerns.- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and overall customer satisfaction.
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to effectively address and resolve customer concerns.
Minimum qualification: 10+2 from an English medium school.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Proficient in computer usage and internet navigation.- Must be familiar with the features of social media platforms.
Strong reasoning and analytical skills.
- Previous experience in a call center or BPO environment is preferred but not required.
Competitive salary of 17,000 per month.
