Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and inbound inquiries.
Should be smart enough to handle everyday tele callings
and generating new leads by own effort and convert them into sale is most important. Need to target major B2Bdirect customersbuildersreal estate company to tie up with them for sailing our interior products in their entire projects- Conduct initial client consultations to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget requirements.
Collaborate with the design team to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's services, design trends, and product offerings to effectively communicate value to clients.
Manage follow-up communications with prospective clients, addressing questions, providing additional information, and ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and opportunities in the company's CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to improve sales strategies.
- Work closely with the sales, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and support in achieving business objectives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have presales experience in interior designing firm or real estate firm.
Must have proven experience in telecalling or pre-sales.- Ability to understand and articulate design concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
A proactive approach with a strong sense of initiative
