Customer Support Associate - Full-Time
1 to 3 years of experience (Preferably in D2C companies)
10.00 A.M. - 6.00 PM, Monday to Friday

Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience in customer support or a related role
- Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good data entry and typing skills
- Fluency in English
Roles And Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience in all customer interactions
- Update customer information in the database
- Assist customers with product information and technical troubleshooting
