Job Description

Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and troubleshoot problems in a professional manner.
Escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

  • 00 - 16,000.00 per month
