Profile: Customer Support Associate

Full time Log in hours: 9 hours working login and 1 hour break.

Shift timings: Rotational shift

Rotational Week off.

• Salary: 14k to
• 5k in hand with no deductions

6 days working with 1 week off

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think independently and make decisions.


Capable of working under pressure.

Eagerness to learn and implement innovative ideas.


Strong problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel and computer skills.


Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling customer's grievances

• Solving queries

• Must have:

• Note-

• 1. Rotational shift off for Female

• 2. Working hrs will be starting from 7.30 am IST to 8pm IST in that candidate have to work any 9hrs shift (this is for female)

• Male have to do rotational shift
  

• Must have good communication skills
