- With Minimum 1 Year of Non-Technical BPO Experience:
- CTC: 31,000
- In-Hand Salary: 26,500 + 2,000 PLI + Other Incentives
- With Minimum 1 Year of Technical BPO Experience and Minimum 25,000 Last In-Hand Salary:
- CTC: 35,500
- In-Hand Salary (Training Period): 30,500 + 2,000 PLI
- Post-Training Salary: 30,500 + 2,000 PLI + Other Incentives
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives for Adobe AM. In this role, you will provide voice-based customer support, helping Adobe customers with their inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and issues via voice support, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Adobe products and services to assist customers efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer service experience.

Requirements:

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
