Salary Bracket:

  1. For Freshers (Minimum 6 Months of Calling Experience):
  • CTC: 28,000
  • In-Hand Salary (Training Period): 23,500 + 2,000 PLI
  • Post-Training Salary: 23,500 + 2,000 PLI + Other Incentives
  1. With Minimum 1 Year of Non-Technical BPO Experience:
  • CTC: 31,000
  • In-Hand Salary: 26,500 + 2,000 PLI + Other Incentives
  1. With Minimum 1 Year of Technical BPO Experience and Minimum 25,000 Last In-Hand Salary:
  • CTC: 35,500
  • In-Hand Salary (Training Period): 30,500 + 2,000 PLI
  • Post-Training Salary: 30,500 + 2,000 PLI + Other Incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives for Adobe AM. In this role, you will provide voice-based customer support, helping Adobe customers with their inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and issues via voice support, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Adobe products and services to assist customers efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer service experience.
  • Uphold a professional and positive attitude in all customer interactions.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
