We are hiring Customer Support Associates for Jewellery Industry for Ernakulam location.
- Support to develop business through online or offline (leads conversion). Adherence service procedures, policies and standards.
- Monitor on time delivery of product purchased by online customers.
- Achieve the online sales target assigned.
- Verify all the online sale (Transaction paid/ Fraud alert).
- Keep focus on customer experience throughout interactions.
- Lead conversion rate.
- Adherence to Customer Service SOP.
- Attend customer enquiry through phone, email or social media and maintain excellence in customer support.
- Collect testimonials from customers.
Skills required
- Understanding of the basics of Indian jewelry industry, history and culture. Knowledge of jewelry marketing, customer relations, product display, customer information, after-sales services, so as to achieve high level of effectiveness in Sales.
- Knowledge about Diamonds.
- Good Knowledge about CRM software.
- Familiar with online product delivery process.
- Familiar with online payment methods and procedures.
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools.
