As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for contacting customers and responding to their complaints in a professional & helpful manner.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Politely answer inbound calls and messages respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Make outbound calls as per the requirement of the organization
- Invoke customer interest in the offered products & services
- Provide personalized customer service to the customers
- Document and report on customer feedback to improve the customer experience
- Manage and update customer databases with notes for each call/customer
- Answer and make calls as per process defined
- Handle customer inquiries whatsapp/skype chat ,telephonically and by email
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Create and Update customer records
- Process orders, forms and applications
- Identify, escalate and get priority issues resolved asap.
- Route calls to appropriate POC
- Following up customer calls

- Bachelors degree.
- 1 year of experience working as a Customer Support Executive or a similar position in the Customer Service department.
