Job Description

As a Customer Support Consultant in the gifting department, you will be the first point of contact for customers and vendors. You will manage incoming calls, provide information about our products and services, and assist with any inquiries or issues that arise. Your role is vital in ensuring that every customer receives top-notch service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling Calls: Answer incoming calls from customers and vendors regarding gifting services. Youll handle inquiries, process requests, and provide accurate information.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues, provide quick solutions, and ensure all problems are resolved effectively. Escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with customers by offering excellent service, addressing their concerns, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Document customer interactions, update call logs, and maintain records for future reference.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the gifting team and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or call handling is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with an ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and efficiency.
  • A proactive attitude with a customer-first approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Wazir Pur III, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
