We have been retained by a Global client - based on IT industry to hire a Associate Customer Support (E-Care).
We are currently seeking exceptional talent with experience in international (US/UK) voice and chat, having work experience in Tier 1 companies and you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and owning the experience with a primary focus on handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting sales and service for customers.
Job Location: - Bangalore and Noida.
- Should be willing to work from office from the day of onboarding and US shift hours. (India Night hours)
- Both side cab facility provided till 35km.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years experience in a customer-facing or sales environment, experience handling inbound/outbound calls, voice & chat working with US process.
- Exemplary oral and written communications / comprehension skills in English.
- Background in a customer focused or problem-solving environment
- Promotes and sells products and services to customers
- Ability to work independently without direct, onsite supervision
- Proficient in working with several computer applications and databases, managing through multiple
- systems programs and screens simultaneously
- Strong customer focus, problem solving skills, and time management skills
- Experience in complaint handling and resolution
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly performance targets
- Proficient PC Windows-based computer skills. Experience in Microsoft Suite of products
- Minimum typing speed 35+ WPM
