We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in the job market context of India. The candidate should be able to provide excellent customer service and should have a strong ability to multitask. This role will require the candidate to work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
• Stay up-to-date with product information to provide accurate information to customers

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 0-1 years of experience in customer service or related field
