Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Customer Support, and Operations Specialist. This role will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and streamlining backend operations to enhance overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels including email, phone, and live chat.
  • Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer support process and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Back End Operations:
  • Oversee and optimise backend operations including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business applications.
