Customer Support and Operations Manager

Salary: 4-5 LPA; Appraisals & ESOPs will be provided based on your performance and the company's growth.

Working Schedule: 10 AM - 8 PM; 6 days a week with weekly off on Tuesday

ScrapUncle is an App/Website where users can schedule a doorstep pickup for their Junk items like Paper, Metals, Plastics, Electronic Waste, etc., and get paid for the same.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pickup Trucks Route Planning for the next day
• Manage on-going pickup routes in real time
• Taking ownership of managing daily scrap pickup operations.
• Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives.
• Develop and implement processes to ensure efficient customer support operations.
• Provide exceptional customer support via phone and WhatsApp.
• Assigning pickups to different drivers and optimizing routes for them.
• Coordinating between the customers and the pickup teams through phone calls.
• Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
