Decortwist is a Home dcor brand born with a vision of providing affordable luxury products to our customers in a wide variety of categories like decor, dining, garden, furniture, and gifting under one roof. We strive to provide unique handcrafted products to our customers with an aim to create a memorable shopping experience by offering unique affordable products with exceptional customer service and easy to navigate website. Our vision is to create a memorable brand experience for our customers while enhancing the quality of dcor of our customers worldwide.

The Role

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing exceptional customer service via various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and strive to exceed their expectations.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and qualify leads generated through customer inquiries, marketing efforts, and referrals.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, educate them about our products, and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals to secure new business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services, industry trends, and competition.
  • Proactively follow up with potential leads and nurture relationships to convert them into paying customers.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Customer Success role, ideally within the Retail Banking industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
