Job Description

Respond to Inquiries: Address customer questions and issues via phone, email, or chat.
Problem Resolution: Research and resolve customer problems related to their accounts or services.Documentation: Document customer interactions and monitor service trends.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and test products before they go live to prevent issues.
Collaboration: Work with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve support processes.
Training: Provide training and guidance to new and junior support staff.Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on activities, issues, and resolutions for team and management review.
