We're Hiring! Customer Support Agent (2-6 Years Experience) at Onecom Technology, India

Role: Customer Support Agent

Location: Gurgaon, India

Salary: 3.5LPA - 6LPA (dependent on experience)

If you're dedicated to delivering exceptional service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, friendly, and professional responses to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve product or service-related issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system, Utilise software tools such as Salesforce, Ability, and other systems.
  • Collect and share customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate and effective support.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth and thorough issue resolution.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Verify IMEI/SIM, manage passwords, and handle insurance/McAfee subscriptions.
  • Understand and explain pro-rata billing, CPI/RPI, and overspend in various categories.
  • Change SIM (physical or eSIM), tariffs, and bolt-ons, add/remove expiry dates, bolt-ons, and bars..
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues like porting, signal problems, PUK codes, and more, provide support on data capping, warranty issues, charging problems, and network teardown.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-6 years of experience in customer support or a related role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support best practices.
