Job Description

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through basic problem-solving steps.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the relevant departments or higher-level support.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
Offer proactive solutions to improve the overall customer experience.

  • 00 - 15,000.00 per month
