Job Description

Position Description: To be the key point of contact between the campaign delivery and sales teams while leading the account management of the accounts allocated.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure campaign deliveries align with advertiser agreements: Manage campaign budgets effectively
  • Monitor & collaborate with the campaign delivery team to meet advertiser KPIs and for smooth operations and optimizations
  • Generate and share reports and insights with sales teams/advertisers for cross and upsell opportunities
  • Conduct client meetings to review performance and align on KPIs
  • Implement retention efforts to control churn rates quarterly
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on client case studies and testimonials

Required Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree with an experience of 1-5 years
  • Excellent command of MS- Office
  • Well-versed communication skills
  • Exposure to similar roles and experience.
  • Ability to understand and analyze data
