The Customer Success Specialist (Data Migration) plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless transition of data, applications, and systems from BoardDocs to the Community platform. This position requires a technical expertise with strong analytical and project management skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and ensure a successful migration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross functional teams like Implementation and Advisory Services to plan flawless data migrations that aligns with the scope, timeline and resources.
- Analyse data to ensure quality and understand the structure, and meticulously map it for a smooth transition to the Community platform.
- Responsible for the entire data transfer, keeping a watchful eye on progress and resolving any issues that arise cnsidering data security, compliance, and business continuity during the migration phase.
- Ensure meticulous testing to ensure data integrity, application functionality, and a seamless user experience.
- You will continuously strive to learn from very project and keep yourself well updated about the industry trends.
Required Experience/Skills
- Experience working in data migrations projects.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets using Microsoft Excel and an analytical bent of mind.
