Were seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist for the QuickAction platform. The QuickAction platform is a SAAS (software as a service) tool that helps companies adopt and embed generative Ai into their organizations. The role will be responsible for providing support to clients, conducting onboarding calls, and driving a customer success initiative in India. This role offers a unique opportunity to ensure client success and satisfaction while contributing to the growth of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated support to clients on the Quick-Action platform, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
- Conduct onboarding calls and assist clients in navigating the Quick-Action platform.
- Lead and drive a customer success initiative in India to improve client support capabilities.
- Prioritize customer needs and adapt to diverse situations.
- Demonstrate goal adherence, organizational skills, and effective delegation.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and excel in client relationship management.
About you
The ideal candidate will have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.
Required:
- Experience working with clients in the UK or other international markets.
- Proven experience (4-6 years) in customer success, account management, or a related role, with a specific focus on supporting SAAS (software as a service) business, GenAI technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Leadership skills to establish and manage a customer success programs in India.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and conducting client training sessions.
- Experience with using technology/ticket systems to manage large number of clients.
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to client challenges promptly.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with proven problem-solving abilities.
- This role is for UK shift. 7.30 GMT - 4.30 GMT/1PM IST - 10PM IST
Preferred :
- Knowledge of the Generative Ai tools or similar technologies.
- Understanding of customer success best practices and industry trends.
- Experience in developing and implementing customer success strategies.
- Technical background to support in more detailed product queries.
- Ability to contribute to product improvement by gathering client feedback.
