Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customer accounts.
- Understand their objectives and provide personalized solutions.
- Become an expert in products and services, staying up-to-date with new features and capabilities.
- Proactively educate customers on best practices, tips, and tricks to maximize their use of our products.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.
- Monitor customer subscription renewals and work to ensure a high renewal rate.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.
- Encourage satisfied customers to become advocates through case studies, testimonials, and referrals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn and explain complex products.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and also manage the team.
