**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a **Product Demonstration Specialist** who will:

  • Perform professional demonstrations of our AI-based talent assessment platform, **Hireomatic**, to potential clients.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Hireomatic to effectively showcase its features and benefits.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients who have participated in demos to nurture relationships and advance sales opportunities.
  • Reach out to new leads to generate interest and schedule demonstrations.
  • Quickly learn and adapt to new information, tools, and strategies with training provided by our core team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Demo Presentations:** Conduct engaging and informative demonstrations of Hireomatic to prospective clients, both virtually and in-person.
  • **Subject Matter Expertise:** Develop an in-depth understanding of Hireomatic to confidently address questions and tailor demos to client needs.
  • **Client Follow-ups:** Proactively reach out to clients after demos to provide additional information, address concerns, and facilitate next steps.
  • **Lead Outreach:** Identify and reach out to potential leads to introduce our platform and secure demo appointments.
  • **Continuous Learning:** Quickly absorb new information and updates about our products and services, supported by training from our core team.
  • **Collaboration:** Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align demo content with client expectations and market trends.

**Qualifications:**

  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • **Experience:**
  • Minimum of 2 years in product demonstrations, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to present technical products effectively to diverse audiences.
  • **Skills:**
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software platforms and industry trends.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in reaching out to potential leads.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • **Other:** Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and demonstrations.
