We are looking for a highly organizedCustomer Success Operations Assistantto join our team. This is a supportive role focused on ensuring the smooth operation of our customer success systems and processes.
You will work closely with the Customer Success team to help optimize account management, improve customer engagement workflows, and assist with internal coordination tasks.
This is not a customer-facing role but an essential position for enabling our customer success team to deliver an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Intercom Management:Support customers on our helpdesk
- Account Maintenance:Ensure channels are connected, domains verified, automations turned on, smart rules added, and features implemented correctly. Provide notes and tasks to improve account readiness.
- Sales Team Coordination:Prompt sales to reach out to customers for upgrades or multi-organization plans.
- Marketing Support:Collaborate with marketing teams to manage bot codes, webforms, and domains.
- Workflow Optimization:Update or amend account automations as needed.
- Migration Assistance:Support migration builds, including specific projects with Yolandi and Alma.
- System Usage Monitoring:Check that customers are actively engaging with the platform, clearing tasks, and utilizing features.
Key Attributes:
- 3 years + experience in a similar role
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams.
- Proficient in working with CRM tools, automations, and customer engagement software.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a supportive role.
