Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented CSM to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, and nurturing existing accounts to drive business growth in the IT staffing sector.
**Responsibilities:**
- Act as the primary point of contact between the staffing company and clients in the BFSI domain.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs for new and replacement positions within their organizations.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and translate them into effective staffing strategies.
- Screen, and recommend qualified candidates to fulfill client positions, ensuring alignment with both technical and cultural requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering a deep understanding of their business goals and staffing challenges.
- Proactively address client concerns, providing effective solutions to enhance overall satisfaction and success.
- Monitor industry trends and client needs to stay ahead of staffing requirements within the dynamic BFSI landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client engagement and ensure seamless communication throughout the recruitment life cycle.
- Regularly review and report on key performance indicators, demonstrating the impact of staffing efforts on client success.
- Understand financial terms of the agreement.
- L1/2 escalation management
**Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client success or account management, preferably within the BFSI or financial services industry.
- In-depth understanding of BFSI industry trends, technology, and staffing challenges.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding client expectations.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Started off as a recruiter.
- Willingness to travel as much as required by the client
