You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our enterprise customers achieve maximum product value and satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on the customer s transition from sales prospect to active product user. you'll enhance customer retention and boost their lifetime value by proactively addressing challenges, creating tailored solutions, and identifying upsell opportunities.
What you'll be responsible for
POC and Onboarding of New Customers:
- Prioritize successful onboarding to ensure clients quickly grasp essential features.
- Facilitate a smooth transition from sales to product adoption.
Monitoring Customer Health Metrics
- Continuously track client progress along their customer journey.
- Identify upsell opportunities and address churn risks promptly.
- Ensure timely deliverables from the product to the customer.
Collaborating Across Departments
- Work closely with ops, development, sales, finance, and other teams to solve client issues.
- Balance client requests with organizational resources.
Voice of the customer:
- Identify new customer problems for feedback to the product team
