Job Description:-
Contact existing/new customer database to generate new opportunities and convert it into to face to face/virtual meeting
Follow up with customers and internal sales team continuously for the status and updates related to case.
Training new team members on company's products and services and on calling pitch.
Prepare a funnel and try to close the deal to achieve the given bottom-line target
Boost the team members to achieve the given meeting/lead target
Conduct interviews and provide feedback to hiring department
Prepare weekly sales report of the bottom-line target achievement
Providing feedback to management regarding potential hires to ensure they are a good
Fit with the company culture and mission
Coordinating with marketing teams to prepare EDMs of existing/ new products and to
post it on different social media platforms.
Setting goals and objectives for each team member and providing regular feedback to help them improve their performance
Increase the customer reach by connecting with them on different professional social media platforms
Attend product training, webinars and events to increase product knowledge.
