Our Customer Success teams focuses on establishing and expanding relations with some of the India's largest tech companies.
The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for handling key accounts - developing strong client relations that promote retention, renewals and loyalty. He/She will act as Subject Matter Expert for all our Enterprise Clients -and will effectively train our clients on product features and product capabilities and ensure client success at all times.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Expand the scope of engagement for all of your clients accounts, introducing new features, capabilities and offerings to clients.
Be the product expert for our enterprise clients.
Act as the ears and eyes of our product team - Share customer feedback and insights uncovered through the engagement calls with the product and engineering teams
Requirement Gathering - Understand client requirements thoroughly and translate them to the product team.
Negotiate internally with the product and development team to get enhancements developed faster with priority for your set of clients
Ensure the product documentation is up to date and is used effectively.
Establish best practices with clients.
Handle and own critical client escalations.
Experience and Skills :-
Top-class communication skills.
Empathy and passion for customer service - understand the human element that comes with customer service.
Attention to detail. Should be a quick learner.
Ability to handle clients in any situation.
Willingness to know the product inside out.
Honest, dedicated, efficient, proactive and should have a can-do attitude.
Experience working with SaaS companies (preferred)
2-3+ years of experience of account management.
A creative problem-solver, capable of solving client queries when needed without relying on others.
