Position: Customer Success Manager- Microsoft
Experience: 6+ Years
Qualification: MBA/ Masters in Marketing
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with Marketing team in planning Microsoft Product Campaign
- Identify Marketing topics, work with Marketing team to plan same and monitor from start to end
- Independently identify Sales Qualified Leads
- Engage with customers for deal pursuits & Close deals
- Manage Account, escalation handling & stakeholder management during entire project life cycle
- Work with Microsoft team for managing Alliance & Partnership status of Inteliwaves
- Identify revenue generation opportunities for Inteliwaves, put a plan and execute same
- Build Sales Team in future to expand the MS Practice
- Monitor and Manage Partnership Status with plan to move to next levels
- Work with other partners for leads & Opportunities
Key Skills Required:
- In-depth understanding of MS Dynamics, Power Platform & Azure offerings
- Experience in selling MS Solutions & Service Integrator offerings
- Understanding of MS eco system with knowledge of various partner programs, solutions including price play available
- Ability of engage all levels of customer for successful deal pursuits
- Go-getter with great persuasion & negotiation skills
- Self motivated & Self driven with drive to achieve excellence in every activities undertaken
- Understanding of how MS project is implemented & managed
