Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Operations team in daily operational tasks related to order fulfilment, inventory management, and customer communication to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer management
Order confirmation via zoko/call etc- Calls if required to confirm sizes
Queries on zoko, emails, Instagram
- Poc for all order related updates on market places groups
Keeping all sheets updated on day to day basis.- Poc for PR related updates
Calling abandon carts
Ensuring the orders are going in proper timelines by regular follow up with Production team
- Perform quality checks, packaging, and dispatch customer orders.
Update necessary systems and files for order tracking- Create necessary paperwork for shipments
Send order updates to customers when required
Regularly keep track of inventory movement
- Update team about the inventories available
Updating daily sales report in the store and events, if any
Proactive and a Team player- Experience with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Canva.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.- Excellent communication skills for providing customer updates
