Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they fully utilize our platform's potential. The ideal candidate will manage user onboarding, offer ongoing support, and maintain client relationships by gathering feedback and testimonials. This role also involves maintaining and updating CRM systems for seamless customer follow-ups and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Manager
- Demo and Customer Support: Conduct product demonstrations and provide continued customer support, helping clients make the most of our platform features.
- Onboarding Users: Lead welcome sessions to onboard new users and guide them in using the platform effectively.
- User Profiles: Assist users in setting up and optimising their profiles on the platform.
- Collect Feedback and Testimonials: Regularly gather feedback to improve customer experience and collect testimonials for future marketing use.
- Maintain and Follow-up CRM Maintain and update the CRM system (preferably HubSpot) with the latest customer interactions, follow-ups, and progress.
- Customer Communication: Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent communication with clients to address needs, issues, and provide updates.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Experience in managing CRM systems, with HubSpot knowledge being a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with different teams.
- Customer-focused with a passion for improving customer satisfaction.
